When it comes to NSOL, nothing is clear. About Barrons article: $15 per registration is a STRONG assumption. I think it will be free just like the way phone numbers are (of course you pay for other ISP services). NSOL will get its fixed fee and that fee will be decided by the Government. No one knows anything about NSOL's future. We just pretend to know.
