If they get it under licence and pay their royalties then why would Bid.Com put an injuction. Only if they don't apply for a licence would an injunction be slapped or Bid.Com could wait the 4 years for the trial to finish to collect all that was due to them from this specific company. In the meantime they're earning money from their site and other licences (not everyone is a crook).
