I'm sorry, but PSI has nothing over any other ISP.

I used to be a customer of PSI, and I can tell you that PSI makes AOL look like rocket scientists. Even AOL, who has REAL content, has a customer valuation of $1,000/customer, and they work REAL hard to get those customers. PSI could go away tomorrow and their customers would be absorbed by UUNET, Netcom, Compuserve, or their local ISP.

At least commercial on-line services have something of value (CONTENT) to offer their customers besides Internet access. Publicly traded ISPs are a house of cards, at best.
