Grubbing = The graceful art of slipping in and grabbing a post when the post# on a thread is one to be cherished and coveted. Such as a post #20,000 or #22,222 or #25,000 or #30,000 ect. These are trophies to be sought after in earnest and can bring great accolades to the successful grubee. Even smaller grubs like 222 or 777 or the evilest of all grubs the satanic 666 grub are lucrative booty. Make no mistake about the lure of the GRUB. It is mighty and has drawn many an SI poster into the hunt. There are legendary grubbers out their waiting to pounce on the thread when least expected, and if one is not quick with the click or perhaps has to go pee they can easily miss their opportunity at grubdom. These individuals become known as wannabe grubbers and must wait until another world class trophy comes along to get their chance. Some try and try and try and still are unable to master the intricacies of the grub. The Master grubber of all time is Jorj X McKie. This grubber has set the standard to which all other grubbers are judged. After years of practice and frustration should you became a successful grubber you should immediately tote your trophy over to the Post Grubbers Trophy Case where it will be displayed for all future grubbers to admire and idolize. This is a very simple explanation of the GRUB. Further DD is strongly recommended. A novice grubber should first practice on the mini grubs such as 100 200 333 where they are more likely to succeed and build confidence. For a novice grubber to make an attempt for a premier grub will only lead to a sense of failure when they are disgraced. Many wannabe grubbers at this time are seeking counseling to deal with this emotional trauma at great finacial cost. So please start small and work yourself up the ladder and one day with a lot of luck and hard work and practice you too can be revered as a world class GRUBBER. :-) MarkC.
