You're very welcome. A buyout offer will always put a cap on the price of a stock, unless and until the buyout falls through. There's no reason to think this one will fall through, to my knowledge at this time, so the stock will stay under the buyout price of 21-3/4 till the time of the merger, when it will only go to 21-3/4.
