Three holes BKP-29, T-30, and T-31, were completed in the vicinity of BLKP-8 (0.173 ounces per ton/4.5 feet) to further test this area. Two diamond drill holes BKPT-33 and 34, were wedged off of hole BLKP-2 (0.224 ounces per ton/31.5 feet) and two additional holes, BKPT-35 and 36, were drilled below BLKP-2. The company is currently reviewing all data, and assessing the value of this property in relation to the adjacent Band-Ore gold deposit. NICKEL OFFSETS PROJECT At the company's Nickel Offset project in Tully Township northeast of Timmins, Ontario, four diamond drill holes have been completed of a phase I, 10,000 foot program and a fifth hole is in progress. Three of the four holes completed to date contain numerous intersections of visible gold. The current program is under way to assess the depth potential and continuity of the gold mineralization along strike to the east of the deposit. Management is confident (based on geological interpretation and drilling to date) that the tonnage and grade can be increased. Assay results should be available next week.
