It looks like you have already been given some great responses, so I'll just quickly add that the point about future leads is a good one to consider. It seems very-shortsighted to sign up for 60 free days to grab freebie information with the assumption that you have the leads you need for future commerce. I would think that leads and products will change and that the site will be used on an interactive basis--ie many companies will use the site to buy products that show up at bargain prices due to supply/demand factors that change on a daily basis. If all you have is a freebie list and no site membership you lose out on all kinds of deals. It's all about cost savings. Also, I suspect at least half of the recent free signups so far are by us investors, and the growth in signups will be such a long-term process that any who do try what you mention will be a very tiny percentage of those that use it for real benefit. It's good you are looking for holes--you gotta stay on guard with this investment 'stuff'. If I've missed your point please correct me. Ted
