Tyler and all,
For some reason I am not all that angry at management. It seems that they have been doing the right things, other than this option re-pricing. I agree it is unfair, but hey, what is fair?
I am trying to get a good handle on this company's valuation. It obviously got ahead of itself, rising up until management gave itself this pat on the back. But the positive announcements, sans revenue estimates, keep coming.
If management still owns 52% of the stock, they sure don't want it to fall, right? This stock moves quickly when any kind of large block is passed. Some stocks you can through many thousands of shares at it and it won't move. Not this one. I'm sure some sold, and that rocked the boat, but the problem here was no buying at all thanks to the market, IMO.
So let's keep our heads on and see if there is a buying opportunity here, nearly 20% from its high on declining volume. IBD gives it an Accumulation rating of A still.
