Tom,

Hard to say what's going to happen with
this industry, very bad news as far as
the school shootings. 60 minutes is going
to do a piece on the lawsuits tonight,i
imagine the media coverage at E3 will be
real critical too. There's no real answer
here, just another big "Wall of Worry"
to climb.

Still have a long position on ATVI, but i
sold my trading shares at 13 and put the
money into the FSESX. Oil has been good.
