Thanks for the lead....I don't think RWT has all that much upside for now....they as much as say that they won't be very profitable for 1999 because of their start-ups....if I throw some TA at it, I would play it to retreat from here to 16 and maybe even to 14.5....REITs aren't hot right now and I think RWT may lose more of their mortgage portfolio to refinancing....My guess is that this might be a long term hold, but a short term trading range play between 14.5 and 17.5.... remember, this is worth (the advice) what you paid for it :)
