There is a Robert Wake who is an insider at IMDS and a Robert Wake who is at this other company doing related research. Are they one in the same? If so, is there sufficient controls over costs to ensure that the shareholders of IMDS are not bearing the cost of research that benefits the other company? Can someone shed some light on this?
