Repap and Avenor win by a nose. If no deal Repap walks away and sells off what Avenor wanted them to do. There is nothing stopping Repap from moving on. Avenor C.E.O.(second time around for him to make a deal) going to look real bad, he may have to leave if no deal. Remember Repap has there Financing in place and long before this deal came up. I don't think Pet would try to make a deal if he didn't thing it would go through. What do you think (in deep too). John
