Yes this information is coming from Ultra. I think it was Marc and also David Russell have both said that UP is trying to sell a portion of their land holdings in attempt to raise about $50 million cash (U.S.$) As I have mentioned they have had companies looking at their data and logs, but I have not heard anything about a deal yet.
