Beautifully expressed.

At my church it was, by chance, our annual Youth Sunday,
when teenagers perform all the ministry functions,
everything from ushering to teaching and preaching.
At the worship service and my singles Bible study,
I heard 8 teenagers (4 boys and 4 girls) speak. They
talked about both the good things and the struggles they
experience and the value of the 'healthy connection' of
their church family.

I'm not around kids very much, so I'm always struck by
how bright and confident the teenagers seem to be --
much more so than when I was their age 40 years ago.
It occurred to me that they must be a lot like CW and
Ammo, as you have described them.
