richard, sorry I left out the second part of my argument when he wants things to go the other way. If he needs to raise rates that will strengthen the dollar and it's too strong now. the strength in the dollar now is causing foreign countries to invest in the matket and treasuries. they think it is strengthening is going higher. Unfortunately none of this internaltional eco is as simple as these post.
