Bill, the papers all got it wrong, too. Barron's, in The Trader, claimed that IBM's strong results proved that Compaq's problems were not industry-wide. Compaq made $150 million in PCs. IBM lost $89 million. Somebody in the media has a problem with the definitions of good and bad. <g>
