Lyle,

MatriDigm is relocating to Denver. Is Zitel relocating too? Why Denver, do you think? ("It's probably more significant that they are relocating operations to Denver.") There's another y2k company in Denver, ACLY.

Deep Digm. You're right. The lady sleeper did go to the meeting, and Gary reported on it too. He promised to come back with more. But there as been no report on your question: did they approve the reincorporation in Delaware. If not, why not? What was the discussion? Was there a discussion of needing protection against a hostile takeover? If anyone out there can give us a report on this, I doo would appreciate it.

Everyone. I just learned that Jimmy Rogers, who is a frequent commentator on CNBC, was Soros' partner in New York at one time. CNBC broke the news -- I think they broke it -- that Soros had not invested in Zitel. The news report came from "a Soros source". I wonder if Jimmy Rogers was that source. Just curious.

Deep Digm! Your last post has just been deleted! Thought Police?

M.M.
