It seems to me that if a stock is trading at 200, then FA or no FA, that's what it's worth. There is no such thing as a "10 dollar FA stock" trading for 200 bucks. If a stock trades at 200, then the FA must be wrong if the FA says it is worth only 10.

My understanding is that it's the supply/demand forces of open markets that determine the value of a stock. Period. Supposedly, PnF shows those supply/demand forces, and when supply exceeds demand to the extent that well known PnF patterns develop, then its time to consider shorting or bailing out of a long position.
