Hi Nicholas...not sure it's ready to move up yet...a long stairway down so far without sustained support anywhere...the Williams%R still not 100% oversold and trending down...volume? may be a positive sign...maybe nothing...I'll keep a watch on it for a turnaround ...any news pending that may create the move? paul
