i didn't hear any mention of slow down of billers Benny, thanks for the info. something to the effect that the pipeline is full Did he mean that they can hold hands of only so many new billers/banks at a time or was it about capacity or something else? IMHO, due to the Freeze, TP will be hurt more by Y2K than CheckFree. TP would be hurt even worse if they don't have that convenient "save face" Y2K excuse. <G> About interview. Do they run it only at the time shown in the schedule? I tried the test from that site. Sound comes perfect clear, but nothing comes when I click on the interview button. TIA
