Good question Dan but I sure know how to take the risk out of the convertible debenture play. Short the stock and continue to monitor the fundamental picture. Dayton hasn't been mentioned for some time, I suppose because of everything else going on. Isn't the case supposed to be tried this next week or have we had more postponements?
