Any insider selling isn't really serious and it would be expected, You just need to see who sells and how much. I don't think anyone important is going to let any large amount go. We'll have to wait and see when the inside selling reports come out. The reason Sun didn't exercise was over anti-trust concerns and doesn't really reflect on Ross. Ross used to be a division of Cypress semi not Sun. Ross was sold to Fujitsu, was a division of Fujitsu for a couple of years before they spun Ross off in november. Look for a couple things on Ross, the workstation sales trends from sun, the results from the new upgrade board buisiness, the rollout of the new 64-bit Viper CPU, and quarter to quarter earnings growth. This stock will give you alot the keep your eyes on. scott
