Jay (or anyone listening): I wonder if I could trouble you to outline what this company does in laymens terms? I am curious about this stock. I understand they are an outsourcing for companies looking to get on the Internet. Does this sum it up or is there more? Can you please differentiate what EXDS does vs. what USWeb? Sounds like they are similar and if so why is USWEB taking such a beating? Thanks fpr helping a newbie. Sam
