MDIH generates revenue as follows. MDIH approaches a state and puts a game together for lets say 10-15 million tickets. For this MDIH receives 800K - 1,000K in revenue. However, out of the revenue MDIH purchases the inventory that will be distributed in the second chance portion of the lottery. The states love not having to handle the second chance portion. The states immediately earn revenue on the portion of each ticket above of course their expense portion. So you can see the benefits to the states. I feel that trying to compare the revenue stream to either a Gillette or Apple is off base. MDIH has the option to use many of its games over again in different states over different periods of time. As you know games do get stale so it remains important for MDIH to continue to license new games.

With regard to the international question. I am of the understanding that the international lottery process is approximately 10 yrs. behind
the US. And the scratch off game has only been around a few years. The international market is just now realizing the potential revenue that can be raised through the lottery process. I believe MDIH is also postioned to start capitalizing on this revenue stream as well.

Hope this helps out.
