In my opinion, the reverse stock split is needed but not at this time. If they could turn profits first, then do the split then they would have a positive to offset the negative. Unfortunately, this has to be approved by the shareholders as it will be another year before the vote could be brought upagain unless they did a special shareholders' meeting and vote which would be expensive. It will take the big guys and institutiional investors to push this stock. If they dont get the profits the 2nd /3rd qtr then we could see another decrease but hopefully they will finally get on track. I vote yes for the split.
