Musicus, here's a recent news link. Yes I'm still holding and happened to recently tripple my position on the dip to 4. I imagine the recent activity was due to the earnings announcment anticipation. Says here they lost .17/share vs a .15 loss for same qtr last year, but they expected it as they've been doing a lot of R&D (very good). This company was not expected to report significant earnings for a few years, but now it's getting closer to those profitable years. Stock prices tend to reflect what's going to happen a year or two out & I think Avgn is starting to get closer to the timeframe where people may be afraid of missing the low entry point. Perhaps that's why it's moving, or it could have purley been the earnings anticipation. The fact that the price didn't go down from its recent gains when announcing another loss is comforting, as it reconfirms it was expected. I like the areas they're concentrating on (in the link) & am holding long for a while on this one. I don't have any idea on how fast the price will move, but I have confidence that at some point again, wall street will tell everyone to "look at biotechs" instead of category "X" stocks, & I want to be there.

regards,
Tom
