Steelguy, So basically it just a means to reduce the float right? And obviously if the company's fundamentals dont change. Anyone can still short (albeit with less shares) the stock,... correct? Wow, want a tangled web we weave. Anyone think TPII would/could do this? Thanks in Advance B
