#The CEO had 5 mill or his own money involved and the stock price #was a reasonable $2/ share for a future earning of 11 million/ year #casino. <<<
The CEO(Berman) of HOPR jumped ship to CWRC after he bailed them out.
So did the president(Patrowitz) after he closed the doors.
They both have exercised options and warrants in CWRC.
One question I had was why no bankruptcy if there was so much debt?
The only thing I can guess is that they still had controlling interest
in CWRC(66%)which they still have. Clearing HOPR through bankruptcy
would mean loss of control in CWRC. They have since quadrupled the
shares in CWRC(Read the last annual report), so the protection
provided by HOPR being in limbo is not as important.
AS for the SEC, HOPR did submit a report about closing the doors, CWRC
is reporting, HOPR is no longer reporting, nothing to report.
I would not trust the CWRC managment, due to how they handled HOPR.
This stock's only reason for trading is that the Market Specialist(MM)
still find's people to buy it on the hope that something may happen.
IF YOU BUY THIS, BE PREPARED TO LOSE ALL.
