Yes,....the float is reduced and the market cap for that instant is unchanged.....however..the shorting or just plain...good old selling can now begin again in earnest with a deeper floor. It truly can get ugly and I have been involved in it two separate times and in both instances the stock fell like a stone the minute the consolidation had taken place.

I would ask Alan as you had earlier for his thoughts on all of this and the possibility of TPII doing this as he is much more knowledgeable and a much more astute trader than I am.

Actually,....Alan should have his hand slapped for opening up this can of worms the other day.....now the company might consider it. LOL! :o)
