Denise, that brings up another point. That point is BIDS infringement of Onsale's patent of the basic auction process. It would appear that Onsale was the first to patent the basic auction process. If you check the Onsale thread it appears that Onsale will be going after all of the other online auctions as they hold the patent to the basic process. BIDS may end up having to pay royalties to Onsale. Al
