American spirit, If you bought COMS because of takeover rumors your motives are incorrect. You will feel rather stupid, but happy, all the way to the bank when no takeover materializes and COMS finds its way back to the forties where it belonged in the first place. Review the thread, between the hype and the vindictiveness is the true story of a CEO and company over-penalized by the street for their less than stellar performance. Good luck, Bill
