I do not think it is beginning of a
'Pump-and-Dump'--could find no posts
on SI pumping it, and as far as I can
tell, the Yahoo thread is gone (maybe
they drop them after awhile when a stock
goes BB)...and it's not an internet stock,
think all the P&D is pretty much that
sector right?

So...I'd say it is probably a real signal that
somebody is getting a few shares...and I do mean
a few, that certainly was not enough volume
for the P&D crowd to get interested I think--

We should be not too far away from seeing an
IND filing for MS right? {Or is that already
filed by the time the listing on recap says
'Pre'?}

Anyway, recap has Pre. for Diabetic Neuropathy,
Peripheral Neuropathy, and MS, the rest all
still as Leads. As far as Edgar goes, nothing
I could find since the 10-K on 3/31.
There are also several listings for pre-clinial
work for 'CNS 5065 series/1237 series', that
is the reincarnation of Cerestat...again, I
am not sure, heaven forbid the company should
actually keep shareholders apprised.

In fact, the only thing I've gotten from the
company lately is a postcard, with which to
request that they keep ya on the mailing list.
I hope after they get all those back they
send us out something, throw us a bone...

I sort of wonder if Bayer is just going to take
them out (any tax advantage, losses to take
advantage of?)

So, as long as I'm here, with nothing useful
to say unfortuntatly...what price would you
fellas be happy with if cnsi just got absorbed.
Seems to me if they did that, a person would
lose all the leverage in this stock--after
all with Bayer picking up the bill for rhGGF2
I think I'd be willing to let my shares just
sit for the five years or so that it would take
to get far enough into clinical work to be
discovered. Suppose cnsi gets bought out for
a few bucks a share...increasing the market
cap from 15M to say 50M--is 50M a fair price
to pay for something that could be a billion
dollar baby. I guess I'd be relieved on one
hand, but disappointed on the other.

Just some thoughts, always happy to clutter up
the threads... The best thing would probably
for cnsi to just get absorbed into a much
bigger biotech or pharma company. I mean let's
take a step back for a minute--remylenation
would be something that could help a lot of
folks suffering from a handful of CNS disorders,
so just get on with it, whatever gets things
moving faster--I'll be perfectly happy just to
have my money back to chase other ideas, or
maybe go back to some short-term trading for fun.

Plus...it's no fun looking at my shares and loss
posted in red when I check the quotes. Maybe time
to stop checking the quotes, heheh.
