Thanks Dan. The publication of such an article in NEJM would be monumental. Only a small percentage of submitted articles are published but I've got my fingers crossed. Even if rejected by NEJM, the article will be published by another peer-reviewed medical journal if the clinical trials are valid. Submission of the M.S. to NEJM speaks volumes about the confidence of the investigators in their research.
