bloomberg.com
What a great buy this was at $44 last monday...
BVSN will announce a key partnership on Monday, 4/26/99, at its third annual international user conference, according to BVSN's ceo in the earning conference call. BVSN had a great quarter all around. Analysts were all very pleased with the results. The overall tone was very bullish. Analysts are attending user conference and BVSN is going to announce new initiatives and products in that conference.

From last week's earnings report...

New Customers

During the quarter, BroadVision signed 43 new licensed customers, a record number, including 9 partner
organizations, bringing the total number of BroadVision license installed base to 317 accounts worldwide

Industry Accolades

During the quarter, BroadVision was named No. 27 in the second annual Forbes ASAP's ''Dynamic 100'' survey.
Judged not only by SEC filings, Forbes ASAP also interviewed scores of analysts, money managers, and venture
capitalists, querying them to rate 300 companies. BroadVision edged out much larger companies and stands out as
the only Internet e-commerce software company to be included on the list.

'We are very pleased with the results of the quarter,'' said Dr. Pehong Chen, president and CEO of BroadVision,
Inc. ''Our leadership position and momentum in the marketplace continue to strengthen and accelerate. We signed a record number of new customers, both Fortune 2000 and e-startup companies, in all geographies. In addition to the ultimate validation of our aggressive growth strategy -- high growth rate in market share, revenue, and profitability -- the quarter offered industry-wide validation as well. Forbes ASAP, IDC, and ABN AMRO Bank all named BroadVision as a definitive market leader in the exploding space of e-business software.''

Will BVSN be the Microsoft of E-commerce software?
