I have seen various estimates of float for QLSI, from about a million to maybe 1 1/2 M. Maybe the best guess is to go back and look at the original email on QLSI. Look on page 1 of the "Owner's Manual", don't go by my memory. As I recall, the original due diligence estimate was higher than Kirk's. The thing is, as the eventual number of shares increases to 30 million, and I don't know what Kirk's buyout of QLSI will do to the total number of shares, probably nothing, the float only goes to perhaps 2 million. Kirk's opinion again, but that could make the stock fly if it attracts buyers who have to fight over just a few available shares out of 30 million. As far as market makers goes, I don't whether I'd even believe what they would tell me. They have their own games to play, and not necessarily for our benefit. As far as when the new shares hit, first we have to have the shareholder vote. That may be in late June as I recall and then there will the partial "dilution" as part of Pipasa is acquired by QLSI. This is described in the 8K.

QLSI had been called a $2 stock originally by M. H. Meyerson when they financed QLSI with warrant options with a strike of about $1.85. And I agree, I think QLSI is definitely worth more than $2, but we have to cool our heels and wait for the new management to get in place and prove themselves. We haven't even seen a business plan from them yet, but Kirk thinks their plan is to go forth, not just sit at home and process chickens.
