ALERT: major buy.com revamp! Couldn't fall asleep tonight, so I decided to do a little shopping..and lo and behold, buy.com finally wised up. A snazzy new site came up in the last 3 hours, and many of the prices have become more rational :( For the first time, the site appears to differentiate between most OEM products and most retail products. No more $41.95 SB live value retails--now it's $79. And so on, and so forth. Too bad, too, since I was just about to place another 4 figure order for me, friends, and clients tomorrow. Fascinating. It's more than about time they did this. I knew it would have to end soon...darn. I'll post again as I get more info, and would enjoy hearing more from the thread on this matter also.
