Question, does Cymer benefits from the conversion from 0.25 to 0.18? I understand that it does not since 0.25 is already DUV powered by Cymer. This may have a lot to do with the price action (over the past couple of months). We'll know soon enough. I chickened out and bailed at 21 on Friday. Will get back in if it drops to 18.5 on Monday.
