I just remembered: PQ has a demo version of LF that you can download from their site. You will be able to see the files on your lost drive but not be able to recover them.

When you go into Products, and Lost & Found, click on "try it out" and it will have you fill out an application and then send you your username/password by email (takes about a minute).

I hope LF does work for NT -- the label on the downloadable trial version says win9x.

Side-note: When I talked to PQ about the "lost space" on my hard-drive they suggested getting PM to see if I could get it back that way. Now you need LF from using PM. Hmmmm..... Interesting symmetry.
