I think this also applies to people like lorrie cooey and the millions like her who defended Sleazebag Bill as it became apparent to all with eyes to see that his behavior violated long-standing norms that formed the basis of civil society.

Oh, but I forget. It was all the fault of those right-wing Republicans out on some politically motivated witch-hunt. Shine, perishing republic, shine.
