I listened to the conference call on VCALL again yesterday, you can also print the transcript, very helpful. They said that they are not sure how the rights offerings will take shape and as soon as they know they will notify all stockholders by mail. Mr. Musser also said that they were doing it this way due to market conditions, (RISK). He said market conditions change they will go back to the old method of rights offerings. If enough people complain they may maintain the 100sh. We will have to wait and see. I think at any rate, SFE in itself will be the next CMGI. They have a lot of exciting companies going public soon. IF you like SFE then check out (FBG)..... Friedman, Billings & Ramsey. Stock is breaking out and still trading below IPO price of $20.00. This could be the next SFE/CMGI as well. Good Luck All.
