It's difficult to imagine that someone somewhere won't want to pick up VNTV. The Luongo ego is gone...the market cap of this profitable (albeit slightly) growing company is about $200 MM. They have about $150 MM in net assets. That means the $175MM business has a net value of about $50MM. There's lots of cash, lots of satisfied customers - this is a real bargain for someone.

Hell, I might buy it myself. Seriously.
