Thanks Richard. That is what I remembered. But I would like to get more details. Do you or anyone else know of the Federal Register address where the rules are detailed or what issue it is in. I think the Federal Register on the internet is for more recent editions and I am not sure if they have the Phases information listed online (I admit I haven't searched yet but have looked for other material). I have spent many long hours going through the Federal Register in the library and would hope to avoid this now. SO can anyone help me where the FDA trial phases information is listed on the internet (if it is). Thank you!!! But, nevertheless, thanks for the posts Richard.
