hi charlie your right, i should have looked into this a little further. when the company was brought public the two board directors did or continue to hold 1,334,00 shares. a 13G is a short version of a 13D, which can only be used by certain enities. it looks like these shares were bought. read the following and let me know what you think. sec.gov thanks, mike
