Bill, I beleive there is still an investigation ongoing. I'm not sure who is on the list, but I'm willing to bet that someday we will know who on that list gets tagged by the SEC. If you haven't noticed certain posters rarely post during market hours now and are very cautious of their posts. Wheels of justice turn slowly... I do think if Gary did something wrong, as far as his trading log goes, the SEC would have nailed him back when they announced King. Who knows what happen outside his own trading logs with others, that is where I beleive there in lies the investigation. Who will the SEC beleive?? I would hope it's the ones that are out the money, not the ones that profited from this mess. All I care about now is getting Midland trading, some profitable business in it, and the name and symbol changed. All the BS from Gary, Binder, Dusty, Shoot1st .... We ALL can do without. JMOO Jeff
