OT Microforum subsidiary secures licencing contract Microforum Inc MCF Shares issued 18,133,966 Apr 23 close $3.73 Mon 26 Apr 99 News Release Mr. Howard Pearl reports The company has declared that its wholly owned subsidiary, Internet Frontier Inc., has finalized a licencing and development contract exceeding $600,000 for its Software Guaranty CALMS on-line credit approval system with an undisclosed United States financial institution. For competitive reasons, the institution cannot be named. Internet Frontier will develop the on-line lending engine to facilitate credit processing: from credit check to vendor payment in under 20 minutes. The financial institution is a full service, commercial finance company that provides capital in the form of lines of credit, equipment and inventory financing, as well as purchasing account receivables to American companies.
