The Chartist newsletter gave a buy signal on the close of April 16. This newsletter is ranked by Hulberts as having one of the best long-term and near term records. It had a sell signal in mid February on a portfolio of large cap and technology growth funds. The buy signal was for large cap value and mid cap and small cap funds. It sees a shifting of market leaders.
