You are correct. Their announced 90 million contract has turn out to be NOTHING. But at last, the lawsuits fly, so the best they can do is settle for a quarter million or fight at a high cost. I'm just guessing conservatively they can settle for 250K. I really have no idea. I do know it isn't free.
