Ramsey, I am sure that you do not actually mean "negative float" since this is not possible. There also seems to be something wrong with the insider ownership of 75%. This seems awfully high. Where did this number come from? Is this perhaps a combination of insider and institutional ownership?

Depending upon where you draw your numbers the estimates will vary, sometimes wildly. Currently S&P is showing institutional ownership of 58% while the DJNR Company Profile shows 32%. The prospectus for the recent secondary indicated that total ownership by all officers and directors would be 25.24% after the secondary.

A very high insider ownership would be very desireable, especially with the stock at low levels -- the last thing that we need is a hostile bid given the outstanding long term prospects in WIND.
