Steve, I don't think that is the root cause. If you look at CSCC's last 2 quarters, EPS grew 17% sequentially (July-Sept.) and 10% (Oct.-Dec.) Consensus EPS estimates for the current quarter are flat at $.22/.23. Declining EPS growth for the networking sector are the rule and not the exception. That, IMO is why so many networking stocks have been battered. That said, the endless delays in opening the local loop and introducing real competition is not helping CSCC or anyone else for that matter.
