I assume I was mistaking ZITL and M-D. The significance I'd attach to moving to Denver is that it should lower their cost of doing business. Although the Denver area is booming since a bad energy industry-related recession passed, I'd imagine that the cost of office space and labor is cheaper than in the SF Bay area.

My reading of the news on Soros (the real one) and the ZITL non-position was that the news came from someone identified as a spokesperson for Soros's hedge fund.
